Product Introduction
This motor has a magnetic direct drive structure, which belongs to the old product and has the following advantages over the new deceleration permanent magnet style.
1. High efficiency: The energy conversion efficiency of the direct drive starter is very high. Due to the omission of the transmission device, rotational energy can be directly transmitted to the load, reducing energy loss and improving overall efficiency.
2. High torque: Compared to deceleration motors, it has lower speed, higher torque, and is resistant to high currents.
3. High dynamic response: There is no transmission device between the rotor and load of the direct drive starter, which reduces the inertia and hysteresis effects in traditional motors. This enables direct drive motors to have fast dynamic response capabilities and can respond quickly and accurately to control signals.
4. High reliability: Due to the omission of transmission devices, direct drive starters have fewer mechanical components, resulting in a lower failure rate. In addition, the direct drive starter does not have vulnerable parts such as gears or belts, reducing the need for maintenance and replacement and improving overall reliability.
