The product is a Mitsubishi eccentric structure, OE: M002T64272, parameter: 24V 3.2KW 9T CW, suitable for 4D30. At the same time, a 12V product OE: M002T54271 is being developed to adapt to 4DR51. There are two welding methods for the armature assembly of the entire series of products. Argon arc welding is more stable, and the welding with the commutator is more firm and stable. If you need to order, you can note that the argon arc welding armature assembly is required, including all commutator copper materials containing 0.3% silver. At the same time, imported Sumitomo 6830 insulation material is used, and there are additional fastening rings inside the commutator to make the armature assembly more stable and less prone to jumping during high-speed operation, making the starter life more stable.
