Q: Why does this motor have two types of front covers?
A: According to customer feedback, there were some models that were difficult to install during the use of ES3501, so some customers requested to change to the ES3505 style. If you encounter similar problems during use, you can contact us to purchase ES3505. Our default shipping method is ES3501, which is the same as the original motor.
Q: Can we get some samples? Any charges?
A: Customers who have already cooperated can provide samples for free, while customers who have not cooperated need to provide sample fees and shipping costs.
Q: Do you provide sample ? Is it free?
A: If the sample is low value, we will provide the free sample with freight collect. But for some high value samples, we need to collect the sample charge.
